W6LRA was the XO. W6FCX was the Radio Officer. The officer with no
callsign was relieving my Dad (Cdr Ross) as skipper in June of 1946.
This was Cdr Noak. W6ASE was my Dad (Cdr Ross).

W6LRA set up the first Ham station on Skaggs when 10 meters opened up in
Early 1946. Pete W6LRA lived in the brand new BOQ and set up his station
right off the main lounge area in a small room. About the same time, W6FCX
fired up an ART-13 from his quarters on the base.
