This is a photo taken in front of the Navy barracks on Clark Air Base, PI. That is a younger version of me
standing next to the sign.
The barracks was located in what was known as the "Navy Triangle." The Navy
Triangle consisted of the current barracks (in photo),
future barracks (old barracks being rentivated), and the
Skirts Inn. CTs that were stationed at NSGA Clark during the 70s will know
exactly what I'm talking about.
