I was aboard Banner as an SK1/SKC from 06 March 69 to Nov 69 (decommissioned) in Yokosuka. The following is the last known photo of Banner that I know of, I did not take this photo. If you notice this photo was taken after the whaleboat was removed and the steel stack was replaced with an aluminum one. Also included is a scan of the ships plaque. Thought maybe you could use these. Jerry Minas
