Joined the Navy in 1976 to be a CTM. I had some prior service “issues” 
and the guy doing my clearance interview during bootcamp said I was 
never getting a clearance. They sent me to a classifier to be assigned 
a new rating and  I became an EW, only to be converted to CTT in 2003 
when the ratings merged. Strange how things come back around.
