CTR3 Jeremy Crandall was one of the CTs held by the Chinese.
He was one of the guests of honor at our VietNow National Convention this past
weekend. He checks all the labels to see where it is made now before he buys
anything. He told me that the Chinese tried to feed them American style food but they
had trouble with what types of food are served when. Scrambled eggs and cinnamon
rolls for dinner, etc. He is really a great guy and a real asset to the Navy.They want him
to go on a recruiting tour after his leave ends but he wants to get back to Misawa and
back on missions. He told me he is scared to meet all the Admirals that want to meet
with him. Everyone at the convention loved him. And to top it off he was another
CT "R" Brancher. He told me he didn't have "R" branch school in Pensacola.
He went to Fort Huachuca, AZ.
