Please find attached the imfamous PACOM ELINT CENTER PATCH. PEC was located at Fuchu Air Station, Fuchu Japan. I was stationed there from April 1966 to Dec 1967 along with Bob Anderson and Bob Prater among others. Andy was my division chief. I was a CT2 and he was a CTC at the time. Fuchu Air Station was located between Tachikawa AFB and Tokyo. We got our admin support from Kamiseya. Fuchu was also the Headquaters of the 5th Air Force. Bill Doebler
