Sending you two pictures (a before and after) of RAGFOR Guam 1946, when the JCA (Joint Communications Agency) (forerunner of NavCommSta) Guam was active. RAGFOR was a joint intelligence center run by the Army and included Navy personnel on the list. The first picture taken in 1946.. The second picture is from 1985 'after' picture.
