This is a photo of the 1955 Imperial Beach Naval Communications Station Softball Team made up of ship's company and the CT School. I played right field. We had a great year in a tough league finishing in third place. We faced teams from the Naval Station, NAS North Island, the Naval Training Center, the sub base, 11th Naval District Headquarters, all of the other SD area air stations, Camp Kelly, Camp Pendleton, and El Toro MAS.
