The above photos show Capt. Sumner Shapiro, CO of NIPSSA (later Adm. Shapiro of COMNAVINTCOMM). Also in the inspection party is YN1 Worthington and Lt. Larson, our Division Officer. Personnel include rates including CTMs, CTOs, RMs and ETs. Jim Wheeler is the first person on the left, in the above left photo.
